Shapir initiates projects such as:
Housing and apartments, commercial offices, organizations and parkings. Shapir is also a project oriented by the following methods: P.F.I - Private Finance Initiative B.O.T. - Build Operate & Transfer These projects are self financed, planned, constructed, and managed by the constructor.
Once a project is done, the constructor is being paid yearly by the cliet. The constructor is incarge of the overall property management, during the contract period.
