HaLeum Car Park

Shapir designed, constructed and managed the HaLeum Car Park, the central parking facility at the entrance to Jerusalem. The car park was constructed, among other reasons, to serve the Supreme Court, the offices of the State Comptroller and Auditor General, and all the other government ministries in the vicinity of the car park.
The car park operates in the BOT concession method.
