An urban renewal project located in the Achdut neighborhood in southern Petah Tikva, at 3–9 Spinoza Street. The project involves demolishing four existing four-story buildings comprising 64 residential units and replacing them with four modern nine-story buildings featuring 175 new residential units, spacious balconies, garden apartments, and penthouses. The development will also include underground parking, enhancing residents’ quality of life and contributing to an improved urban environment.
