Keter Harama-Beit Shemesh Neighborhood stands as the largest residential area in Beit Shemesh. Employing the comprehensive “plan and build” approach, it encompasses a well-rounded community featuring residences, infrastructure, commercial establishments, public buildings, community services, as well as public spaces, providing a complete and integrated living experience.
A total of 1,057 residential apartments are distributed across 55 buildings within a development and construction area spanning approximately 120 dunams. This expansive neighborhood incorporates around 8,000 square meters designated for commercial spaces catering to the needs of its residents. The collaborative effort with Nativ Pituach Real Estate was integral to the successful realization of this project.
