The 1000 Complex – Rishon Le’Zion
The ‘Shapir Housing’ Company was awarded a public tender in July 2022 by the Rishon Le’Zion Municipality in the 1000 Complex being constructed in Israel’s fourth largest city.
About the Project
The project calls for the construction of approximately 550 housing units in a 17.8 dunam area. The complex will also contain some 7,000 m2 of commercial space and another 950 m2 designed for public structures.
